I can\'t get My Screen Recorder Gold to work...I did purchase the paid version ... and still can\'t get it to work ...and unfortunately I can\'t get support ..As I have already sent 2 emails requesting support ... but with no reply ... I don’t know what to do ... It seems they are glad to take your money but they will not give you any support....So if someone out there know how I can get to get my Screen recorder to work properly ...please don\'t hesitate to drop me a line.. Is just I am frustrated as I can record fine but I can\'t get the sound to record…..I am having problem recoding with sound ...Help]]>

what you need to get.
k-lite pack (just get this one)
divx codec (included in k-lite pack)

obtaining those free codec packs allows you to record videos with a great compression. I created a 17:02 minute video with only 40. 2mb of space xvid compressed. Now if that isn't impressive I really don't know what is.

*framerate
**go from 29. 97(ntfs) frame rate all the way to recording in hd (50 frames per second).
**set your own custom number of frames per second.
*audio
**set to any setting 8kb all the way to 256kb
**record though microphone to speak during your video
*on screen
**you can set a custom look for your pointer. It will in the video record your cursor as being whatever you set it as in the program, but will not look like that while you record.
**you can have a circle come out of your pointer every time you click on something. You will not see it, but the video will have the circle coming from you cursor.
**hotkeys ready
**set your screen to be in whatever position and whatever size you want it to!
